Raspberry Lemon Green Tea

~10 green tea bags (I use Salada brand)
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 can (6 oz) frozen apple raspberry juice concentrate
3 tsp Truvia (which is roughly 8 tsp table sugar)
water

Boil 3 quarts of water, and pour it into a large pitcher. Steep the teabags for roughly 15 minutes, preferably covered. Add the Truvia or sugar while it's still hot. Stir in lemon juice and juice concentrate. Refrigerate for iced tea, or enjoy hot!

Welcome to Recipes For Real People!

Hi! My name is Miranda, and I've decided to launch a blog with practical recipes that real people can use. If you're here, chances are that you, like I, have had that moment where you get really excited about some "quick, easy-to-make" recipe you find (online, on the Food Network, etc.), when you realize that it needs gouda, shitaki mushrooms, eye of newt, or something else no one ever has in their kitchen.

Hopefully, this blog will help out those yearning for new, creative culinary ideas that don't require seventeen trips to three different grocery stores. That being said, I obviously can't guarantee that you'll have all the ingredients for these recipes, but I generally only use fairly common ones.

Also, I'm pretty much just going to post what I use for ingredients to give you ideas for brand names, flavors, etc., but pretty much anything canned/jarred/boxed/whatever can be substituted with similar products.

Lastly, PLEASE post comments with new ideas, variations, substitutes, successes, failures, etc. I'd love to hear from you.

Thanks, and I hope you enjoy what I have to offer!
